Why it might be helpful: It is actively engaged with the Church and the world. It does well in connecting Word with themes and issues challenging our walk of faith. For the past couple of years, Walter Brueggemann was a key writer in their blog and it became one of the most profound writings from him. It helped me keep perspective and stay steady in faithful preaching.
