Beyond is a six-week Disciples congregational resource inspired by the themes of the 2025 General Assembly but undated and designed for use any time.
In the Preaching Resource, you will find materials for a six-week sermon series, including scriptural reflection, sermon starters, liturgy suggestions, poetry, and visual art.
In the Bible Study, you will find six weeks of scriptural reflections, discussion questions for use on your own or in groups, and accompanying poetry and artwork.
You will also find graphics for social media posts, worship slides, and bulletin covers.
The materials are designed to be flexible so you can adapt them to work in your context. These materials were created by a team of faithful, talented Disciples who sought to bring these texts to life.
Beyond invites congregations to ask what lies ahead — what God is calling the church toward in this moment and beyond it. The resource’s undated design means it works equally well for congregations processing a General Assembly season and for those simply in need of a grounded, substantive series for any time of year.
